China Visa

1. A completed Chinese Visa Application Form:

2. Completed Declaration Form:

3. Visa Fee:
   Visa fee must be paid at the time of application.
4. Your valid original passport(s):
   It must be valid for at least 6 months when you apply for the visa, with two blank pages remaining.
5. Two recent, quality, passport sized photograph:
   The photos must be taken against white background.

6. Copies of flight tickets:
   Ticket or booking confirmation showing entry and exit from China.
7. Proof of stay in China:
   Hotel booking or personal invitation letter ( friends, family or business partner may issue)
8. Any additional documents:
   Additional documents maybe required or request such as bank statement, proof of address, employer letter, university letter for students etc
