SAUDI ARABIA BUSINESS MULTIPLE ENTRY PURPOSE FOR UNITED KINGDOM

A fully signed and filled visa application form with block capital letters.

The original passport of the applicant with two blank visa pages, six months validity and machine readable.

Two passport sized photographs with white background and colored. The photograph should not be older than six months. Failure to provide clear photographs may lead to rejection of the visa.

An original letter by the UK employer of the applicant stating the full name, passport number and nationality of the applicant, along with his/her job title. The letter should be on the company’s letterhead and should address to Saudi Arabia embassy.

A copy of the letter of invitation by the inviter/host company of Saudi Arabia that needs to be visited, addressing to the Saudi Arabia Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Applicants who are from Indian or Pakistani origin and require a multi entry visa must provide a copy of the short final invitation approval to the embassy.

Once the visa application is submitted to the Saudi Arabia embassy, the applicant’s passport will not be available until the entire visa process has been completed.

Any non-Muslim who is a British passport holder or is born abroad and is a British passport holder requires to submit his/her birth certificate to the embassy.

Any of the visa applicants who have visited Sierra Leone or Guinea within the last 4 weeks after submitting their visa application for Saudi Arabia will have to face rejection.

All visa applications to Saudi Arabia will require an additional fee to be paid for the medical insurance and the fee is compulsory to be paid by the applicant.
